WASHINGTON — CASE for America advisory board member and spokesman, former U.S. Representative Drew Ferguson, appeared on Sinclair’s The National News Desk this week to expose the unintended consequences of President Donald Trump’s sweeping tariffs on American families already worried about rising costs and economic uncertainty.

“For American families that are sitting around the kitchen table trying to figure out their budgets, any disruption is a lot on them right now and there’s got to be some sensitivity to that,” Ferguson told the National News Desk.
Ferguson warned of the ripple effects that will be felt by hardworking families as the president moved forward Wednesday with broad-based tariffs that are likely to bring increased costs and other economic challenges.
“Voters spoke. They trusted the president. They’re willing to, and they want him to succeed, but I think that there’s a level of concern right now that they just don’t know where this roll of the dice is going to land,” Ferguson said.
